My name is Artie Giordano and I was a member of this forum once before a few years ago. I believe that I was ripped off by Costa Developers and more specifically, Arnaldo Bonilla who was my attorney for my life’s savings.
I purchased four lots at Costa Esterillos, paid in full and found out that my lawyer, Arnaldo Bonilla became President of Costa Developers. I believe that he used my property, as he had Power of Atty, as collateral for another land deal.
The bank foreclosed on all four of my lots and I have been chasing Arnaldo for over two years now. If anyone knows where I can find this man and they can put my Attorney and Private Investigator on to his exact whereabouts I will be happy to pay a generous reward.
This company, Costa Developers and this man, Arnaldo Bonilla has literally ruined our financial lives and we hope someone out there knows where he is so we can file both Civil and Criminal charges against him…. and hopefully protect his future victims as well.

Unfortunately this was one of a handful of companies that I warned our readers about over the years but A: I am not an attorney and B: Sorry but I have wasted far too much time already on these people to waste more following up on ‘what happened.’
