We will be shipping two containers to C.R. We will have a
huge amount of money in pads and blankets, moving boxes.
Is there a market to sell them for others leaving once we

Why burn them? Remember you are in Costa Rica. Nothing get wasted in Costa Rica they adapt. Give them away if nothing else.
I remember reading something about containers a couple of years ago, actually I think it was on this forum. A family received their container from the USA, when they openned it they discovered that it had been broken into. Their furniture was fine but all the pads and blankets had been taken.

Actually, that was us. We wrapped all our furniture, etc in used quilted bedspreads — 125 of them. In our first delivery, we got about twenty of the quilts. In our second delivery, we got five. The remainder had been stolen while our household goods were in storage which is why we have ceased to recommend the shipper we used.
