it’s probably been discussed a zillion times, but I have not been able to find the following information: we live in Atenas and need to board our 2 dogs for about 14 days; is there a kennel or boardinghouse anywhere around Atenas/Grecia area? Thanks!
yes, the lighthouse animal rescue will board your animals if they are good with other dogs and wouldn’t mind not being penned up by themselves. i don’t have a contact number for kitten jones, who runs the rescue/boarding facility, but if you google lighthouse animal rescue – atenas, costa rica, it should come up.

Frances Kitten Jones is the savior for many unwanted animals in Costa Rica. I can’t now find the post she wrote on another board about their new kenneling services, but you can email her for all the details and costs. if she can’t help you, maybe she knows someone else who can.
