Two years ago, commercial property prices in good locations in Alajuela were selling for $30 – $40 per M2 now?
Around US$250 M2
San Pedro de Montes de Oca? $800 – $1.000
Curridabat $600 – $800
Zapote $400 – $600
Escazú $350 – $410
Santa Ana $200 – $400
Heredia $300 – $350

All good things come to an end – even commercial real estate prices, but when?
Again, remembering that this is commercial real estate and NOT residential, with high prices like these, surely at some stage the companies that have been offshoring their operations here will decide that the cost savings aren’t quite what they thought they were going to be…
What do you think?
