I have partner that owns 50% of the property in Parasio Costa Rica. The property is paid for. He has not helped with,
Security, maintenance , utilities and taxes, for the past three years. Can any one tell me what my option are, thanks
Cray palmer.I am NOT an attorney and this is NOT legal advice but unless you have your arrangement in writing that you should both contribute equally to the payments for security, maintenance, utilities and taxes then I don’t know if you have any options.

I am not an attorney and do not proport to offer legal advice, however, I am a paralegal with 20 years of experience with complex litigation. There are several unmentioned factors involved with your partnership, which you have not detailed in your post. With or without a corporate partnership, it is shocking that you have not already consulted with an attorney, as opposed, to requesting information on a forum post. Don’t walk, run to an attorney!
