Hi Scott,
I just returned from CR, I found a property I want to purchase, american owned & built, she is moving back to the US after 6 yrs.
The property is in San Isidro, can you recommend an inspector & do you have anybody that does comparables or appraisals.
I am a realtor in the states so I understand the differences in the markets. I do have a good CR attorney but would appreciate any input from you. I bought your book while in CR since it was not available here, it is very helpful & well done!!! Thank you.
