Has anyone heard of the company “Costa Rica Land Trust”? They are developing residential land south of Dominical.
Their website looks pretty nice..

My name is Mark Bishara. I a resident surgeon in NJ. Recently, I met Ben Lazar in Drake Bay. I have seen his properties south of Dominical. I was onsite 3 weeks ago. If you can establish a working relationship with anyone in CR, he is your man. He, and his family, were are some of the most wonderful people my brother and I have ever met. Email him at lazars@bellsouth.net and tell him you bumped into me online in a discussion forum. John…what I was looking for in CR was more jungle and closer to the beach in that area, but the pricde was prohibitory. I personally have to go south to get what I wnat for the price I am willing to spend. Nevertheless, you should dial Ben and meet him. I put 100% of my name and reputation behind him and his company. They’re the real deal.
