    We ar looking for a hotel near San Jose airport. For
    one night as we arrive and one night before we depart.
    Any suggestions?

    Try the San Martino Hotel and Casino in Alejula — super nice and the price is reasonable. We were there last month for three nights.

    Another good choice is Hotel Villa Bonita B & B; 5 minutes from the airport. Nice, inexpensive, really good gallo pinto!

    If you want to make the last or first night something special try Xandari, about 15 minutes from the airport. http://www.xandari.com

    For an inexpensive place for arrival and departure try the Dragon Fly Inn Bed and Breakfast. Dawn and Michael, US couple, are the best people who take care of you personally and I will use them forever. A small place without getting run over by many guests.
