I am thinking of investing in a new development being built in Playa Seco (Coco Mar). Has anyone stayed in the area that can give me some feedback about the safety of the ocean (strong undertow), mosquitos, flooding. I love the fact that the area is an estuary on one side and the ocean on the other but am concerned about flooding and bugs. I would appreciate any feedback. Gracias.
