    Hi guys,

    I am feeling overwhelmed with the sheer number of developments in Costa Rica; i have totally narrowed down my search to The South Pacific Coast – Ideally near the Dominical region.
    Do any of you have any recommendations or warnings about some of the developments in this area? I would certainly love to hear your ideas.

    Steve, we recently purchased a lot south of Dominical, not in a large development. Go see Victor at Coldwell Banker or Kris Anderson @ Andersion & Associates. Both will treat you right. Good luck and let us know what you end up doing. Domincal and parts south are beautiful and not crowded.
