    Hello fellow lovers of CR. My husband and I are planning to move to the Hermosa area for a business venture and are eager to learn of land/homes for sale as well as anything about the local community you may be willing to share. We have visited Costa Rica 3 times in the last 2 years and plan to move within the next 15-18 months. Any tips on where to shop, buy furniture, car, groceries?

    On the Pacific side about 30 minutes from Liberia in Guanacaste region. Thank you for asking:-)

    I live nearby, Sardinal, after living in San Jose for 12 years. We built a house and moved here this year. I’m in the process of building another house for sale. Ask some speecific questions and I’ll try to help you.
