We are senior citizens who own a beautiful condo in Tamarindo which we currently rent out. In the past we went there from Jan. – March but we find the climate there too hot. We will save that condo for our children but are interested
in renting an attractive furnished 2 bedr., 2 bath condo in the Atenas area or in another area with a mild climate, near a paved road, with a pool.
Difficult to give a monthly dollar rental price. However, we are not high spending Norte Americanos looking for the highest price rental condos. Would appreciate seeing some e-mailed photos. I speak some Spanish but my wife does not so it would be convenient if there are some expatriates in the condominium development with whom we could socialize. No sales offers, please.Pierre C. I am a real estate agent here in Atenas, we could really use some condos here, but at this time, they simply do not exist. We have a nice expat community here and a rental with pool can be had but not a condo.
There are lots of condos in Santa Ana, Escazu and Heredia. All have nice climates (though not as nice as Atenas!!)
