I’m a U.S. citizen that just bought a rental property in Jaco C.R.. My partners & I formed a C.R. corporation to purchase the property. I was wondering what type of % income tax needs to be paid in C.R. on the Rental Income. Also, if anyone is in a similar situation – do you need to pay income tax in the U.S. also?Thank You!
