Can anyone of you Ladies and Gentlemen recommend a good homebuilder
that will build between 1 and 10 homes in the Parrita area? I have a couple sizes in mind 1250 SF and 1700SF. I am about a kilometer from the beach and own 25 lots. Has anyone seen a book with pictures of
    home designs?
    Thank you very much?

Don’t know who Mike Oliver is but good builders in Costa Rica are VERY busy at the moment and it’s not easy finding one that’s available

Although I could recommend a builder in some areas, I’m afraid that Parrita is not one of them

This is one of the problems that thousands of Costa Rica land buyers face. They have been sold their piece of paradise but were not told during this process that finding a builder to build a home for them is not easy in some areas…

Is your “Parrita” property the Parrita located between Jaco and Quepos? I have property at Playa Palo Seco and I am also interested in learning about good builders serving our area. I have learned there is another town by the same name.

My property is on the hillside leading up to the Canopy in Parrita. The property is about 15 minutes from Playa Palo Seco.

I am friends with the owners of Babylon Bar on Playa Pale Seco. I am also friends with the owner of LaIsla Hotel on the same beach.

Are you living in Costa Rica? I am in Upstate New York but I go to Parrita quite often, spending at least two weeks each time. I was there five times in 2005 and once in 2006. I will be there again in December.
