    Scott, I’ve discovered a lot in escazu in a high-end gated community called cero alto. Does $165 per meter squared sound reasonable? Thanks, Dan

    There are many developments in and around Escazu with even higher prices.

    I do not know which specific area you are referring to as there are a few ‘cero alto’s’ that I have heard of …

    I’m assuming your goal is to build your own home or is this merely to hold and hopefully sell for a profit in the future?

    This cero alto project is very close to the CIMA hospital and the multiplaza. The Forum office complex is also nearby. My intention is to build a house appropriate to the “neighborhood” and sell at or near completion.
