After all the hassles finding realtors and checking out areas in the central valley, we have finally found a house in Escazu. It is in the mountains and the view is unreal! City lights! We love Escuza! We also looked at Grecia and Atenas. They were nice but not like Escazu. They took our offer and we hired an attorney, Roberto Amana, hopefully all will go right and we will get the house. Its like 4000 sq. ft. and very beautiful. I will be so disappointed if it falls through. We will have to start all over again. Just thought I’d let you all know! Any helpful ideas, let us know.
