Is there a difference or preference when working with a bank mortgage? Which bank is best, Banco Banex or Banco Cuscalan? Any preference? Thanks for a response.
From what I have heard, there are only seven qualified property appraisers in Costa Rica. I know of one of these appraisers at Banco de Costa Rica.
BCR was anxious to loan money on property and to fund building of a home.
The appraiser at BCR is Omar Arroyo cielo1@racsa.co.cr
You may be able to contact him directly. He is well know in Costa Rica as an appraiser AND one of their past premier soccer goalies.
