    Hi,

    I’m visiting Costa Rica in November. I would like to get some contacts for good realtors that specializes in the Escazu/Santa Ana/San Jose Areas. I’m looking for areas that would have great schools (since I have very little kids). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Nicole moved into the house next door to some very dear friends of mine a few years ago in Escazu.

    They were forced to move house because she refused to do anything about preventing her seven dogs from barking ALL DAY LONG.

    If that’s how she treats her neighbours, I really don’t care how she treats her clients. She will NOT be recommended on this site and her details will be deleted.

    This is a great website. I was wondering if you have ever heard of Alexandra Lancaster. She seems to be a real estate agent in the area of Sta. Ana/Escazu. I was wondering if you have any feedback about her.

    Yes! I have heard of her and no! She is not one of our preferred real estate professionals

    Hi Scott,

    Can you refer an agent that specializes in the Escazu/Santa Ana/San Jose suburbs area? It would also be good if he/she is knowledgeable abou the schools in the areas, since I have a grade school aged daughter.

    My wife and I with the kids are coming at the end of the month and staying for 3 weeks.

    Any house rentals (weekly) would also be appreciated. I’ve seen a few on VRBO, but I am interested to see more options.

    We really like the school Talarke (www.talarke.com). It is east of San Jose in the San Ramon de Tres Rios area. We are moving down in December of 2007 and would not be coming if we hadn’t found Talarke. We did LOTS of research and visited several schools in June.
