I am in the process of buying property from Meltzer Constructora. Has anybody had experience with this builder? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
I am presently evaluating one of their projects in an area west of San Jose and have been quite impressed with what I have seen so far…

Thank you for your feedback. I am really impressed myself and have an excellent feeling about Henry, I am sure you know him. I think we are talking about the same project in Brasil de Mora. Do you believe it would be a mistake to put 25% down without consulting a lawyer first, even though this is one of the most established and reputable companies in CR?
I don’t believe it would be a mistake, I do believe that you should consult an attorney that would look out for YOUR best interests BEFORE doing so.
This company appears to have a very impressive track record and an incredible ‘pedigree’ and although I have visited that project, I have not met Henry yet but will do so next week to discuss some business.
