If a person becomes a Costa Rican resident and marries a non costa rican, can this new spouse also become a costa rican resident? Does this require additional money to be deposited into Costa Rica? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The laws regarding immigration are unfortunately constantly changing and we would certainly recommend that you consult with a specialist Costa Rican immigration attorney to get the best information.
