As I tell all my clients, do your due diligence and then make your decision. I have not personally had dealings with Paragon, so I can’t comment on them. Good luck!

March 22, 2007 at 10:24 pm #182269AndrewKeymasterThere is information on this forum about Paragon properties so yes do a search please.
I don’t believe that Paragon has land for sale that would have these kinds of views. Manuel Antonio real estate is NOT cheap and views of Manuel Antonio park are literally “multi-million dollar” views.
Please forward the email to me that you received from Paragon and we should probably be able to quickly identify which of their projects this view is from for you.
The Chairman of Paragon is a man by the name of Billy Gale and he spends a lot of time on this site so no doubt he will be able to tell us what the photo is.

March 28, 2007 at 1:01 pm #182271AndrewKeymasterAs mentioned previously ‘boomerjen’, why don’t you email me the two promotional emails you have received and we’ll do the deomocratic thing and ask our VIP Members to tell us if they also think the same way as you do about these emails.

What Paragon is offering you is…..yes, you can purchase property from them and 60,000 is possible. You will place a percentage in escrow, deposit, whatever you want to call it, then you have five years to pay the land off. Paragon is not in the business of financing the property, however they will be happy to refer you to several different banks in the U.S. that do finance the property, if you need this service. If not, you will owe the balance to Paragon in five years. What we have done is divided the balance by 60 months, and make the payments to our own savings account, and will pay Paragon in full at the end of the 60 months.
As Scott mentioned Bill Gale is aware of this site so he may answer you directly. Personally I think Bill is a very nice man and had nothing but good experiences with him and Paragon Properties.

What U.S. Banks will finance these properties in Costa Rica?
