The hotline number is 800-TOURISM (868 7476) or 800-TURISMO (887 4766).
The “tourism” line is answered in English, while the “turismo” line in Spanish.
The hours or attention are 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 4:00pm Saturdays; and 8:00am to 8:00pm on Sundays.
The back of the card has a list of emergency phone numbers, including those of many foreign embassies.
