    My partner & I want to buy a managed property in Costa Rica in the Jaco / Manuel Antonio / Pacific Coast area. We have looked at Hermosa Highlands and are looking for something similar that is already built. Any suggestions?

    Newbie to the site.

    Scott had a nice piece further south. He has a piece listed now for $385 for sale by owner,titled beachfront? This is a real steal! Want to go partners? This piece will be worth a million in less that 5 years maybe three. How much do want to spend? I have the crew.
