Neighbor’s trash

The neighbor next door to me in Esterillos Oeste, has recently finished remodeling his house….needless to say, but I will anyway…why is it that I see this so often….a pile of trash starts, then is added to it with construction wastes, then everybody that walks by, adds there garbage…now, what was once a tidy road, has a pile of everything you can imagine in it…where can I go with this…I’ve talked to the neighbor/builder and he says he will clean it up…that was months ago…now it’s the size of an SUV…I don’t want to be a butthead, but I see it when ever I am there, or when a renter comes in, they complain…sorry for the long post…is there a specific web site that I can file a complaint ? Or ?
