    Will need rental home close to Grecia beginning end of March and willing to sign 6 mo lease for the right place. Need larger than the avg Tico rooms. Prefer N. American kitchen w/oven. Can do furnished or unfurnished. Would like secure parking and do not want to be in town (to close to the noise. may be asking for too much, but wanted to see if anyone might know someone….many thanks.

    Thank you…I forgot to mention 2 critical facts. Need at least 2 bedrooms and have small Jack Russell terrier!! Probably the 2 most important details!

    I’m sure your ‘Jack’ thinks that he/she is indeed “most important” and you give your ‘Jack’ his/her own bedroom?

    Funny…she (the Jack) has always “owned” the house and we were allowed to stay there!! No we have family/friends that come for a few days at a time, which is the reason for needing the 2nd bedroom. BTW my dog loves this country. She feels free, much like her owners.
