I ‘ve seen this spelled different ways…and I like to be as correct as I can, concerning the lanquage…here,https://www.welovecostarica.com/public/401.cfm, the author spells it “Puravida”…but usually I see it “Pura Vida”….any thoughts ?
The phrase has two words, pura and vida. Pura means pure and vida means life.
I understand with the meaning…just never have seen it spelled as 1 word…
This phrase has SOOO MANY meanings depending on where you are and the age group of the people you are with…
How are you? Puravida!
Esta mujer es puravida! And many of the women in Costa Rica as you may have noticed are most definitely ‘puravida.’
