Hi there. My husband and I just attended an presentation evening about this development. It seemed interesting and wondered if anyone could tell us what they knew about it. It’s located near Palma del Sur.

My wife and I have purchased 2 pieces of property from Ventana and we are very pleased with our “little piece of Paradise”. I can not speak with any authority regarding the negative posts here, except to say that there are many transactions that could be interpreted as being favorable to one party or another. My impression of CR as with many countries is that any interaction, such as acquiring title, opening a bank account, getting phone service, are all examples of living in an emerging, socialist economy, and that these transactions happen in a different time flow than in
the “USA”. Getting “title’ took many months…so what…? If you want it in a “New York Minute”, maybe you are looking in the wrong place. And, just as a reminder, the internet is the wild west in terms of information, for example, any person can say anything they want about any entity ie: Ventana, and potentially be trashing their competition!!!va
We bought from Ventana, they designed and built our house on-time and on-budget and it was a very positive experience.
Some friends in one of their phases had problems getting title, but that has been resolved.
I am sure you cannot please all the people all the time, but we know many people who are pleased with Ventana.
