Does anyone know the process that ensues after an “environmental sweep” results in a stop-work order on a project by this tribunal?
Will developers be able to revise/revisit plans and permits to eventually finish work on the project affected?
From dealing with a number of developers, I ‘think’ I know the answer to this however, since this forum is read by many people and the laws are constantly ‘evolving’ it would be better to try and get a legal expert to give us some feedback.
