Does anyone live in Playa Grande? We bought a houselot in Playa Grande Estates and can’t go down there as often as we like to check up on it. Does anyone on this forum also live on or near Playa Grande Estates. Many thanks! Pura Vida!

I had wanted to hire someone to go and take a picture of our lot every couple months. There is construction happening nearby – which is good. I just don’t want someone to “accidentally” put a driveway across our lot. What town do you live in? Leafpeeper

He and I live in Puerto Viejo (near Pirate’s Bay). Basically when you turn left in Matapalo to go to Playa Grande, I turn right to go to our house.
