Hello all-
I’m a big fan of this forum and have found it immensely helpful in developing my plans to relocate my family to CR in the next 3-4 years.I currently work in the commercial real estate field in the US. I’m wondering if any of my fellow VIP members can tell me who the major commercial real estate firms are in the central valley. Who are the big developers, leasing and sales brokers, property managers, construction companies, etc.
Basically I’m trying to learn as much as possible about the commercial real estate landscape in CR prior to relocating there. If anyone has advice or could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

I am interested in purchasing some commercial property (office or retail) in CR and would like to know who the major players are and their respective reputations. I have not been able to find any of this information online through google searches, and was hoping some of the folks ‘on the ground’ in CR could offer me their perspective.Does that help?
