Does anyone have any thoughts on “Rosseta Stone” VS “Visual Link” in learning Spanish?
Thank’s
Brian
BigB,
While I cannot comment on the Visual Link, I thought that I would share that Rosseta Stone works for us.
From my 7 year old to myself, a 46 year old just starting to learn Spanish, we are all able to work at our own pace.
Thank’s Chariotdriver,
We have Visual link, I do not like it but Sheila does.
Thank’s
I’ve done both. Rosetta Stone is total immersion. Visual Link is good – but you have to translate the verbs and nouns from English to Spanish and that takes time and thought. There is absolutely NO English associated with Rosetta. You learn from picture association and since it’s all in Spanish, you don’t have to think about it. You just learn it. It’s amazing how quickly you progress. I recommend Rosetta.
Thank’s Delucajmj,
Rosetta Stone was my first choice but I lost the coin toss, maybe I will save up for a RS.
If you want to spend the time and really master Spanish, Rosseta Stone is the best, but to learn a LOT in a very short amount of time, I recommend Visual Link.
I have used them both and I really like Visual Link — at least, for my purposes.
