    So is it true now that businesses can not charge a higher amount if you pay with a debit/credit card versus cash ? I always hated having to go to the bank for cash to avoid paying at least 5% more . What other changes are included that can help us out ? Anyone know the details .

    Never seen any store or business charge more because I was using my credit card. Most business like hardware, clothes or furniture stores will offer a 5% discount if one pays cash. In the end, it is the same, but it is not illegal even if there were a new law…
