“Scott” It is impossible to respond to each and every point you attempted to raise in your article, at least in a single, simple email, so I will try to briefly address the fundamental matter of whether the project is “real,” and whether the property is being developed.

First, the property is indeed registered to Paragon in the Registro Nacional under Parrita.

Second, there is an extensive website at www.paragonpropertiesofcr.com – I will send the link to you at the end of this email.

Third, Paragon is in the midst of grading the roads as part of a US$1.3 million infrastructure project. Some of the work may be seen in the sets of photographs I will forward to you, also at the end of this email.

Fourth, the dimensions and numeration of the lots are indeed located on the maps of the property. They are small, but they are there. You are welcome to a map; please provide a physical address so that I can have one forwarded to you.

I previously invited you to view the property in Parrita, and to meet with the principals of Paragon. I reiterate those suggestions.
