WeLoveCostaRica.com has been aggressively warning Costa Rica real estate buyers for many years to be careful and, to do your due diligence when choosing Realtors but how many buyers have the time to delve into the corporate legal details to determine who exactly is legally allowed to use the name of the biggest, most established real estate companies?

1. What if the big brand name Realtor you’re speaking to isn’t actually legally allowed to use that big brand’s name?
2. Would that make a difference to you when buying Costa Rica real estate?
3. If they lie to you about being affiliated with a big brand name real estate company, it’s highly likely they would be capable of lying to you about other things too, right?

I know the very few Recommended Realtors we have featured on WeLoveCostaRica.com, I personally met them on numerous occasions, I’ve done video interviews with them and I was the one who typed emails to their customers and those customers then emailed their reference letters directly to me.

These Realtors all know that if they abuse the trust I have placed in them when recommending them to our VIP Members that they will suffer the consequences.

Today we’re not going to comment on any of our Recommended Realtors because they all appear to be doing a great job in helping our VIP Members to find that little piece of Costa Rica paradise… But, we have received negative commentaries from both real estate buyers as well as other real estate professionals about one particular property management/real estate company owner in Jaco who represents himself as the Broker/Owner of a big, brand name real estate franchise when he is not…
