If you are planning on driving anywhere near San José on Saturday, you better think again as Saturday the 14th of December 2013 is the Festival de la Luz in San Jose, Costa Rica.
People will begin setting up their chairs and table at around 10am in the morning and they’ll be there when the procession begins at 6pm. 500,000 spectators are expected
