HGTV has once again set their sights on Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

This time, the popular show Beachfront Bargain Hunt will be featuring Playa Junquillal, a lesser known beach located about 40 minutes south of Tamarindo. 

Our clients Dan and Kara are looking to escape their fast-paced lives in Denver, Colorado, for permanent relaxation. 

Trying to find a beachfront oasis for under $250,000 will prove to be very challenging but not impossible! With the focus of moving out of the more touristy areas, the options are widened as the areas of Playa Junquillal and Playa Negra are researched. 

Beachfront Bargain Hunt has a similar format to House Hunters International, but the focus on this show is access to the beach (beachfront of beach access/view) and getting it all for under $375,000. There are also visits to Tamarindo and other familiar areas on the show.
