    Hello,
    I was wondering because it is hard to tell from the pictures. Is the house on it’s own property? It it gated or fenced at all? What is the rancho like?Does it have a carport? If i did the lease purchase option, what would the payments be for a year lease? Would you recommend a bank or anyone for a mortgage? Thank you for your time.
