My husband Bruce and I had been studying the possibility of owning land in Costa Rica for over a year and a half now.

It has been our dream for quite sometime to own a good portion of land to live off, for growing our own food with a fresh water supply and fresh air. While we studied the entire country thoroughly, we finally narrowed our sites on the southern zone of Costa Rica.
