    I would like to know which house is the one you are selling on a 9400 mts2 lot,the older house or the wooden house. I also would like to have information regarding:
    a) annual property taxes,
    b) what kind of title the property has, fee simple or ROP,
    c) monthly average expenses (utilities, etc)
    d) sewer or septic tank,
    f) city or well water
    g) reason for selling,
