Constructora Proycon built the house. Proycon is also a high profile and very serious building company, whose projects include Forum I and Forum II.

The land measures 16,941M2, or 182,348 square feet (4.18 acres). The garden is 15,941M2 or 171,584 square feet (3.94 acres). The house has 1,071M2 of construction which is 11,528 square feet.

The house has Colombian marble and wood, brick, “teja” and “stucco”. High ceilings of 3.15 meters (10.3 feet) on first level and up to 4.5 meters (14.76 feet) on second level and all windows are polarized.

The living room is 6m x 5m, or 30 square meters or 323 square feet, excluding common pass through area and the dining room, which are adjacent. The living room and dining room area, together, is 5m x 15m, or 75 square meters or 807 square feet.

There are five bedrooms, excluding all access areas, closets and bathrooms, the measurements are:

• Main bedroom is 25M2 or 269 square feet
• Bedroom #2 and #3 are 16M2 or 172 square feet
• Bedroom #4 is 12M2 or 129 square feet
• Bedroom #5 is 15M2 or 161 square feet

In total there are really 5 1/2 bathrooms (3 in the main house, 1/2 guest, and 2 in the service house). The house has maid’s quarters, which includes a bedroom, bathroom and living room. It also has an adjacent service house, which has three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living and dinning room.

There is no swimming pool however, there is plenty of room available – even for an Olympic pool – should you want one.

This home has three telephone lines and two dedicated internet access lines: One is with Cabletica through cable modem and the other is with ICE’s DSL service as a backup. The home also has an internal Internet wireless network to all rooms.
