When it comes to living la Pura Vida, John Wieland is well acquainted with how to do it. His passion for travel and outdoor adventure and sports first brought him to Costa Rica in 1999.

Like many others, John became enchanted with the lush tropical rain forests as well as the warm welcome he received from the locals. Costa Rica made such an impact on John that he began to acquire land for his own personal portfolio a few years later and soon after syndicated the purchase of a beachfront property. 

Deciding to make Costa Rica his permanent home, John relocated and became a partner of Coldwell Banker Dominical. Since that time, he has worked vigorously with clients from around the world who are interested in attaining the same wonderful lifestyle that he has found in Costa Rica. 

Among the most recent properties that John has assisted with was a beautiful 4-bedroom/3-bathEuropean-styled home in Dominical that features two master suites. Boasting enticing views of the Pacific Coast as well as Manuel Antonio, this lovely two-story villa features everything the new owners need to begin living their own Pura Vida, including an infinity edge pool complete with a barbecue area, Jacuzzi, and gazebo.

When John is not assisting clients with finding their own dream home in Costa Rica, he enjoys playing guitar for his wife and daughter, playing golf, and traveling.
