Costa Rica Tourism – Guanacaste Figures Looking Good

According to the Guanacaste Chamber of Tourism, the number of tourists entering Liberia International Airport has increased quite dramatically.

This graph gives you an historical perspective of the flights coming in and out of Liberia International Airport by the various airlines.

This graph shows you how the flights are divided up in the various months of the year. As you can see the busiest time of the year for 2006 was March, as it was in 2005.

This graph shows you the number of passengers coming into Liberia International Airport and the percentage increase. It appears as though the number of tourists coming into Liberia have increased by at least 30% from May 2005 – May 2006.
