Apart from being a beautiful land of stunning scenery, sunshine and smiles and a wonderful place to live there are other excellent reasons to invest in Costa Rica real estate.

  1. Achieve true investment diversity. Avoid keeping all your eggs in one basket or in one country and own a second home, apartment or land in Costa Rica.

  2. Earn a stable income abroad (you choose whether you prefer US dollars or Costa Rica colones) by renting out your home and having it professionally managed in Costa Rica.

  3. Enjoy the security of owning a hard, appreciating asset in a politically stable foreign country which is visited by hundreds of thousands of North Americans each year.
