Falling In Love Again – This time with a Apple computer.

In May 2007 I fell in love again, except this time it was with a computer – an Apple iMac.

Today – 28th October 2008 – nearly 18 months since this purchase I wanted to let you know that contrary to popular opinion about customer service in Costa Rica, the service we’ve received from the Apple dealer at ReproColor in San Jose has been superb.

We’ve been so pleased with them we have since bought two more Apple computers and a very sophisticated and expensive full colour printer from them…

We have a couple of authorized Apple computer distributors in Costa Rica and although you will pay more for any top quality brand name computer here than you would in the USA, we have been thrilled with the sales and professional support provided by Sr. Alfredo Mora of a company called ReproColor in San Jose.

Alfredo was first recommended to me by my British friend Vicky and with every every email, telephone call and also in our face to face meeting, Alfredo has proven to me that he is a real professional who stands head and shoulders above the competition in any country.

And what a beauty the Apple iMac is! Sleek, fast, hardly any cables – no ugly box thing under your desk because everything is behind that beautiful 24″ screen and it’s so easy to use… I can have zillions of programs open doing half a billion different things and we have not had one of the problems that we would normally have had working with the Dell and Windows XP. I just love it…

The Apple finally does for me what I always thought computers were meant to do, my iMac makes my life easier – not more complicated and stressful.

So if you’re like me and would prefer a ‘vida mas tranquila’ – (a more tranquil life) when it comes to computers, I would certainly recommend Alfredo Mora of ReproColor for the best damned looking and easiest to use computer you ever saw – an Apple iMac.
