There has recently been talk on this Forum about a boarding kennel or two here in Costa Rica. Before I tried to take my dog with me on my 72-hour sabbatical, I’d sure look into the alternatives.
Someone here has said that it’s not possible to take a rental out of Costa Rica. It’s my understanding that some pre-planning is required to even take one’s own car across the border, so taking a rental car would seen virtually impossible.
