Is it possible to search online the National Registry to determine the shareholders of a corporation established
in Costa Rica? If so, what are the links.

That information is not public.
As far as I know you can only search the original shareholders, but A: That may not be up to date and B: It is NOT available online …

These are NOT the correct links for the official Costa Rica government Registro Nacional jtd2 which is [ http://www.registronacional.go.cr/ ] and they do NOT give shareholder information
