    Is any one out there that is familiar with the ARCA association,and are you familiar with their seminar? I would appreciate any comments on this thanks Don
    PS Scott i did check your files for this subject came up with but one hit.

    The correct name for this group is the “Association of Residents of Costa Rica” – It’s not just Americans.

    They will introduce you to people who will sell you real estate, do your residency applications for you etc.

    Make sure that you get your investment advice from people who are qualified to give investment advice.

    Also….you must not have searched the Discussion Forum for ARCR, because there are a wealth of entries on this subject. Don’t click Search in the Orange banner across the top of the screen, click Search Messages in the blue banner a couple lines below that while you’re actually in the Forum.
