Ross is a great guy and he knows what he is talking about. I went through a lot of hassles before I finally found someone who could make the process go smoothly.
Mr Happy, i am in the proccess of doing the same right now and i also received my pre-aprove from Ross in 24 hours. I have to clear an old debt in my credit report which i did before i can continue the proccess. I was going to ask you, i am moving down to Costa Rica on mid Aug. Did you finance the loan with a Costa Rican Bank with the help of Ross. Can you tell me the rest of the proccess i already have the House i am going to buy and also the plan from the county down in the San Jose, but i would like to know a little bit more since you already did it.All documents need it for the aplication Ross already havethem. Minus the coppy of the passports.
