To make a long story short a few months ago my house was robbed, santa ana area, and the one time it was robbed adt said they did not get the radio signal, out of a few previous false alarms adt showed up with their armed guard always received the signal and responded. The very very interesting part is that when the ins agent was at my house inspecting he told us directly that he had several other claims he was investigating in which all of them adt said they did not get the signal. Also an attorney I know said he had a friend who cancelled their contract with adt and a few days later his house was robbed.
Is there something im not aware of going on here?

I have not heard about this but must admit that it sounds very disturbing… Have you voiced your concerns with the head of the company here?

My attorney contacted them regarding this and they were not willing to pay any damages for their error. They feel they have no responsibility. And the funny part is that ins gives a discount if you have adt service. According to my attorney I would have to sue them to get anywhere. From all the stories I have heard I think this is bigger than it appears. I would like to see the local newspapers headline into this.
