I took a drive down to Dominical this past week and it was nice to see actual asphalt being paved on that stretch of the Costanera. A couple days later, on my way back north, they had made substantial progess from what i had seen two days earlier. Looks like it’s finally happening, which is nice to see; some of us have been waiting a long time for this…
